TechSee’s patented Augmented Vision Support technology provides contact centres and global field tech organisations with a solution to quickly connect to the customers’ physical environment while they are on the call. Using their smartphone camera to see the problem, diagnose it, and show the customer what to do visually, using augmented reality technology on the physical device. The solution is simple to operate and works across different smartphones, mobile operating systems, and browsers. No software installation is required.


TechSee’s visual support platform enables support teams to handle technical calls more efficiently while being able to see the product in the customer premises and to direct the customer using Augmented Reality on the required actions to troubleshoot and resolve the technical issue: Reducing technician dispatch rate, increasing the first call resolution (FCR), reducing Average Handle Time (AHT) and reducing the non-defect transfer rate (NDT).

Solutions- Project manager- position
The Project Delivery/implementation Manager is responsible for building, leading and delivering effective implementations of TechSee solutions and services to our customers – from new contract/PO through a fully operational environment and service for the customer.

TechSee Delivery Manager must have strong technical skills as well as an understanding of key business considerations of the customer they work with to make sure they are provided with a fully operable product as defined in the contract/PO, this includes fulfillment in the agreeable timeline.

Primary Functions/Responsibilities

  • Understand the functional requirements of a new contract/PO and translate them into technical requirements
  • Establish and agree on the implementation timeline with all external and internal stakeholders, especially with the customer.
  • Establish internal and client-facing effective communication plans and meeting cadence to drive progress, communicate updates and achieve outcomes
  • Perform implementation tasks assigned to yourself
  • Coordinate TechSee internal R&D and Product teams and assign responsibilities, timeline and verify tasks are fulfilled on time
  • Provide regular updates to both client and internal executives on overall activities, progress, and green/red flags
  • Partner with the Sales team to overcome barriers and establish credibility within the accounts where needed


Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent work experience required. Masters degree preferred.


Required Experience/Skills

  • 6+ years of technical project management of SaaS B2B2C solutions, for enterprise customers, in the US and/or West Europe. Ability to manage numerous external stakeholders through technical and operational activities
  • Effective communication with team/manager/stakeholders keeping everyone updated on implementation status, tracking, risks, etc.
  • Experience with the development, positioning and quantification of operational recommendations
  • Experience managing one’s own time and balancing many different projects simultaneously, while being flexible, agile, and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines when supporting requests that create competing priorities
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with cross-functional teams, as well as all levels of corporate structure
  • Ability to work with sales executives/pre-sales and assist with opportunities as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in call center environment
  • Experience with telecommunication companies
