Outbound Product Manager

Greater NY area; New Jersey

TechSee is seeking an outbound Product Manager who can play a pivotal role as a product lead in discussions with our partners and customers. Partnering closely with product management and sales teams, you will be responsible for understanding the business processes and needs of our customers and partners, across their business domains, and translate them into product requirements.


  • Understand customer needs and business cases and articulate them as high-level requirements (stories).
  • Work closely with customers’ and partners’ stakeholders and define product requirements for integrating into their applications
  • Support the Sales and Alliance teams in customer meetings, representing the company’s Product perspective (strategy, roadmap, products, features etc.)
  • Represent the customer voice within the Product group
  • Look for and respond to Product sections of RFIs/RFPs


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an enterprise customer-facing product management role (must)
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce clouds and FSL (must)
  • Technical background in Web based technologies and SaaS applications
  • Product Management background in AI related applications (advantage)
  • Experience working as Product Manager using Agile methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a constructive tone, ability to produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education
  • Based in the USA
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently
