Job Description 

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company at a critical stage in its evolution. As a regional marketing director , you will be responsible for leading TechSee’s marketing efforts across North America, the company’s most strategic market, working closely with the regional sales team to drive brand awareness and position the company, educate the industry on a new emerging category, and supporting both the company vision and its aggressive multi-year growth strategy.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing plan for North America in coordination with the local sales and corporate marketing teams
  • Refine our strategic messaging to the NA market to highlight our value proposition, based on inputs from the field, market research and competitive intelligence
  • Develop compelling marketing and sales collateral including brochures, product videos, decks and case studies, while working closely with sales to understand their needs
  • Lead account-based marketing campaigns to target Tier 1 companies in the territory, in coordination with the head of demand generation
  • Create customized content for the US market as well as for key accounts and partners
  • Facilitate the analyst engagement plan with local industry thought leaders (focusing on contact centers) and create briefing opportunities
  • Lead the influencer marketing plan and engage directly with major industry experts, through social media, events and content-related initiatives
  • Be involved in PR efforts in coordination with the corporate marketing team
  • Secure customer testimonials in the form of mutual PRs, videos and case studies
  • Plan and execute events (trade shows, boutique events etc.) from identifying opportunities to budgeting and full production
  • Work closely with the product team to effectively communicate current offerings and roll out new ones, creating positioning and go-to-market plans for new features
  • Organize webinars for the US market and follow up on the leads they generate


  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in marketing positions at B2B tech companies
  • Proven track record of planning, executing and measuring a complete marketing strategy that delivers ROI
  • Ability to work with interfaces overseas in a global environment
  • Ability to deal directly with clients to secure co-operation on joint initiatives
  • Solid grasp of technology and product development processes
  • Data-driven, analytical thinker
  • Excellent communicator and writer
  • Extensive event planning experience
  • Capacity to effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal skills
  • Successful experience writing press releases, making presentations, engaging with analysts and negotiating with media and industry influencers
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing, adaptive environment
  • Advantage: familiarity with the customer service, contact center and AI technology fields
