Job Description 

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company at a critical stage in its evolution. As Head of Content Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s content plan, working closely with the product marketing and demand generation functions to drive brand awareness and position the company, educate the industry on a new emerging category, and generate leads to support the company’s multi-year growth strategy.

Your role and responsibilities

• Define, manage, and execute the content plan, including ongoing research into topics and market trends, SEO tracking, content curation and ongoing measurements

• Convey the company’s strategic messaging and brand tone of voice across all content forms and channels

• Develop high-quality marketing content including eBooks, white papers, infographics, surveys, webinars, and case studies

• Work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs and create appropriate enablement tools, including sales decks, brochures, product videos, and corporate materials

• Support demand generation activities with copy for email campaigns, ads, and landing pages, and customized content for ABM campaigns

• Support PR efforts by writing press releases, ghost articles, story pitches, and successful award applications

• Increase our social media reach through effective content sharing

• Produce customer testimonials in the form of mutual PRs, videos, and case studies

• Contribute to the planning and execution of events (trade shows, round tables, virtual events)

• Manage freelancers who support our team with content creation including prioritization, briefing, and reviewing their work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing positions at B2B tech companies

• Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring successful content plans

• Capacity to effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills

• Good research skills with solid grasp of technology and product development processes

• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal skills

• Deep familiarity with content planning for inbound marketing with good understanding of the demand generation funnel

• Data-driven, analytical thinker

• Experience of managing freelancers or working with agencies

• Solid grasp of SEO best practices

• Familiarity with WordPress and HubSpot

• Advantage: familiarity with the customer service, contact center and AI technology fields
