Channel Sales Director

Greater NY area; New Jersey

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute indirect sales strategy and plan
  • Develop partner value proposition
  • Work with Marketing to develop partners’ material
  • Responsible for developing and expanding indirect business and partners in North America and Latin America and drive closure of new business with these partners
  • Regularly work with partners to close deals and build future pipeline achieving or exceeding sales target
  • Generate business opportunities through professional networking, referral partners, and networking events
  • Assist business partners’ sales staff in finding, developing, and winning deals[AY1] [dm2] [dm3]
  • Professionally articulate TechSee’s value proposition
  • Provide input into TechSee’s value proposition and ensure sales alignment amongst business partners
  • Provide partners’ feedback on products and needs
  • Place emphasis on Sales Enablement of business partner sales teams to allow them to improve how we position TechSee’s value with customers.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of SaaS [AY4] enterprise software sales experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing partners for enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record of successful strategy development and execution
  • Previous experience selling CRM/WFO/Analytics to Call Centers or Field Services in one of the following business verticals: Communication Service Providers, Consumer Electronics Providers, or High Technology
  • Proven track record in selling large strategic opportunities
  • Demonstrated success working with little to no direct daily supervision in a home office setting
  • Proven track record of sales execution
  • Experience in recruiting and managing business partners
  • Experience in managing sales performance, pipeline development, and forecasting
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen
  • Experience selling at the “C” level is a plus
  • This role requires frequent travel
  • Proven working experience in a startup environment
